Ordering Guidelines

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price at the time of order will be honored until completion of the event.


Payment

You must pay with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


Cancellations

We request 24 hours notice on cancellations. If we do not receive cancellation, then the account will be billed for the items ordered that are not usable in normal catering operations.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM After hours events are available per request and are subject to a service charge. We are available on weekends or holidays for special events by request. You must call us to confirm an order for Saturday and Sunday or holidays.


Helpful tips when placing an order:

Prices do not include state/local tax. MA State Tax will be applied.


Many of our specialty items require 24 hour preparation, so we must request that you place your order by noon the day before your event.


Same day orders are accommodated to the best of our abilities. Please contact the catering department directly for confirmation.


Before placing your order please inform your server if someone in your party has a food allergy.


If you have a special dietary need, please inform us in the instructions portion of ordering process and we will do our best to accommodate.
